Meditate outdoors amidst the sights, sounds, and peacefulness of an urban park. Starting in front of the Japanese Tea Garden (in SF's Golden Gate Park), this session will include sitting, walking, and other mindful movement.
Please check in with James via email to register. We’ll meet in front of the Japanese Tea Garden: 75 Hagiwara Tea Garden Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118. Consider bringing a cushion or small chair on which to sit.
FYI: The San Francisco Botanical Garden is just steps from the Japanese Tea Garden and, for those with a San Francisco address, admission to the botanical gardens is free if you bring your I.D. For more information: https://www.sfbg.org/visit
