What is Mindful Mentoring? A personalized support and guidance for the cultivation and application of mindfulness. Sessions are online (Zoom) for individuals or small groups.
Areas of focus may include:
MBSI is an experiential program (1 to1.5 hour sessions over five consecutive weeks) with a range of foundational mind-body practices you can use for your self-care, and some of which you may choose to study or use with your own clients. The practices are designed to help develop insights, extend your skills for working with your own health and well-being, and involve reflection, meditation, movement, creative processes, and discussion. During the MBSI there will be lectures and some experiential exercises to do in advance of meeting times, and then discussion and further experiential exercises during our time together.
I offer a sliding scale fee to support anyone with financial concerns. Please email to set up a time to discuss or schedule an appointment.
