9 - 11 a.m. September 27th, 2023:
Meditate outdoors amidst the sights, sounds, and peacefulness of an urban park. Starting in the Japanese Tea Garden (in SF's Golden Gate Park), this session will include walking, sitting, and/or Qi Gong. If you arrive at 9 a.m., you have the option to join me for tea & chat before meditatively wandering into the park approximately 9:20 a.m. Admission to the Japanese Tea Garden is free on Wednesday mornings 9 - 10 a.m.
Please check in with James via email to register. We’ll meet in front of the Japanese Tea Garden: 75 Hagiwara Tea Garden Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118. Consider bringing a blanket, cushion, or small chair on which to sit.
FYI: The San Francisco Botanical Garden is just steps from the Japanese Tea Garden and, for those with a San Francisco address, admission to the botanical gardens is free if you bring your I.D. For more information: https://www.sfbg.org/visit
